At the end of every retreat, we give you the opportunity to provide feedback through our evaluation form but if you feel this is not sufficient, you may wish to make a formal complaint.

If you feel not heard, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform. “
